Cardiovascular Science MSc Bursary

The selection panel will assess your application based on the information provided in your bursary application.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants must hold a conditional or unconditional offer to study the MSc in Cardiovascular Science on a full-time, part-time, or modular/flexible basis.

Applicants must begin their studies in September 2026.

Applicants may be based in the UK or overseas.

Widening Participation bursary criteria

The Home Widening Participation bursary supports students who may face additional barriers to postgraduate study. You may be eligible if you meet one or more of the following:

First in your family to attend university or college.

Currently or previously in local authority care, or a young carer.

From an ethnic minority background.

From a low-income household.

Living in an area with low progression to higher education (based on postcode).

Participant in a university-led outreach or access programme.

Mature student who meets any of the above criteria.

Home fee status.
