If you're an emerging international leader with a passion to spark real change, this full tuition scholarship invites you to join UCL's MSc in Health Systems, Policy and Innovation to build expertise, shape innovative solutions and make your mark on global health systems.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence and exceptional leadership potential.
Applicants must have applied to study Health Systems, Policy, and Innovation MSc starting in September 2026.
Applicants must be nationals of countries that receive official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD.
To apply for this scholarship, candidates must submit a 500-word essay demonstrating how they will make a difference in health systems.
Scholarships will be awarded throughout the admissions cycle but only a limited number are available, so we recommend applying as early as possible.
