The Goldsmid Fund Bursary aims to enable UK students to pursue an undergraduate degree in a STEM faculty at UCL.
Eligible candidates must:
- be domiciled in the UK with Home fee status
- be in financial need as assessed by UCL
- hold an offer of admission to UCL to study a full-time undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Medical Sciences, Brain Sciences, Mathematical & Physical Sciences or Life Sciences for the 2025/26 intake.
Value, benefits, and duration
The award provides £2,500 per year for a three year undergraduate programme and is subject to satisfactory academic progress. The award will be paid as a maintenance allowance.
If a student on a four year undergraduate programme receives this award, payments will be made pro rata, i.e. they will receive £1,875 for each of their four years of study.
