Designed to support students and graduates from Scotland and the rest of the UK (Home/RUK) advance their education, this scholarship ensures that your tuition aligns with the current SAAS tuition fee loan, making your postgraduate journey more affordable and accessible.

Whether you're about to graduate or you're looking to change career direction, this is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your prospects and increase your earning potential.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Alumni Postgraduate Scholarship, applicants must:

be classified as a Home or RUK student for fee purposes.
hold a degree from the University of Aberdeen (undergraduate or postgraduate).
be self-funded (not in receipt of another tuition fee scholarship).
be applying for an eligible taught postgraduate Masters programme.

There is no separate application required for this scholarship. Eligible students will automatically receive the tuition discount when they accept an offer for an eligible postgraduate Masters programme.

The scholarship is available for postgraduate Masters programmes starting in September 2025 and January 2026. To be considered, applicants must have accepted an offer before the relevant programme start date.
