A scholarship of £11,000 that supports UK students from diverse backgrounds wishing to undertake an Economics degree.
A generous endowment from the Nobel Prize-winning economist Professor Ronald Coase has enabled us to offer 14 new scholarships to study a range of Economics courses at The University of Buckingham.
A long-term friend of the University, his legacy now paves the way for future generations of Economics students from all backgrounds to change the future, starting that journey with us.
Criteria and eligibility
Scholarship candidates need to:
- be a UK national
- have, or expect to achieve, three A-level passes with at least one of these graded at B.
Women, ethnic minorities and people from lower income backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.
Matched courses
To qualify for the scholarship, an application to one of the following programmes listed below which start in January and September each year, is required.
- Business Economics BSc (Econ) (Hons), (2 years)
- Economics (Single) BSc (Econ) (Hons), (2 years)
You need an application ID to submit an application for this scholarship, which you receive after submitting your application to one of our courses. Ensure your course application is submitted before applying for our funded scholarships.
