MA Arts of Africa, Oceania And The Americas Scholarships

To be considered, candidates will be required to write and submit a short essay and to make a short online presentation during the week commencing.

The Sainsbury Research Unit has a number of fully funded scholarships to support outstanding students pursuing the MA in The Arts of Africa, Oceania and the Americas at the University of East Anglia.

The Full Scholarship, for a limited number of applicants, is designed to ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent talented students from accessing the MA programme.

We encourage applications from the regions of Africa, Oceania and the Americas.

Each Full Scholarship includes:

• The full cost of the Home or International Tuition Fees
• A maintenance grant of £14,072 (£1171 per month)
• Additional reimbursement, if applicable, of Visa costs & UK health surcharge, plus one return journey between home and Norwich (economy class), subject to valid receipts.
• An additional £650 for travel costs related to MA, including museum visits.

Applicants are eligible for consideration for full scholarship if they meet these criteria:

The applicant holds an Offer of a Place from the UEA for the MA in The Arts of Africa, Oceania and the Americas.
