This scholarship is made available by the family of the late Alden and Isobelle McLean. Apply by August 15th by submitting the OAC Graduate Application Form. Full-time students who are entering the area of Capacity Development & Extension, the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development or the Rural Studies doctoral program, and who will be conducting research in rural community development.
