This award is available to students with an international fee status who are nationals of the following countries:
- Afghanistan
- Bangladesh
- Bhutan
- Cambodia
- India
- Korea, Dem. Rep.
- Kyrgyz Republic
- Lao PDR
- Myanmar
- Nepal
- Pakistan
- Philippines
- Sri Lanka
- Tajikistan
- Timor-Leste
- Uzbekistan
- Vietnam
These countries have been selected as they have been identified as low or lower middle income countries by the World Bank. The University of Hull is committed to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and supports the access of affordable education for many.
About this award
The University of Hull has a growing population of students from across the whole Asia region. This award is given as a £2,000 tuition fee discount against the cost of a full-time, undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme for each year of study. Applicants must study at the University of Hull's main campus enrolling on programmes in September 2025, January 2026 or May 2026.
