This scholarship consists of a £1,000 annual stipend (full-time rate), for up to 3 years of the awardee's course, paid directly to the awardee in three instalments throughout each year.

Applicants for this scholarship must meet all of the criteria below:
- Be a UK Home student
- Have achieved at least 2 A grades and 1 B grade at A Level (or equivalent)
- Have attended a state school within the county of Kent
- Live within East Kent postcodes CT1 to CT21 (inclusive), or CT50
- Have applied to the Accounting and Finance BSc (Hons) course at Kent
- Have submitted a supporting statement outlining their need for the scholarship as part of the scholarship application
After making an application for the Accounting and Finance BSc (Hons) course, navigate to the ‘My Fees and Finance' section of your KentVision portal, where you can fill out an application for the Barbara Harris scholarship.
