Egypt Scholarship

Who is it for?

The University of Lincoln's Egypt Scholarship is designed to help students from across Egypt to access postgraduate level study at the University of Lincoln. The Egypt Scholarship is offered as a tuition fee discount against the cost of a postgraduate taught programme commencing in the 2025/26 academic year.

Selection Criteria

In order to be eligible to receive the Egypt Scholarship prospective students must meet the following criteria:

Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, Egypt.
Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2025 or January 2026.

A £5,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:

a) Completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or
b) Completed a Pre-Master's degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master's degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University

A £4,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:

a) Completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:2 classification or
b) Completed a Pre-Master's degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master's degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
