The Yutaka Makino Scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate student from Shizuoka City, Japan, nominated by the SHARE organization. This scholarship honors the legacy of Mr. Yutaka Makino, a lifelong advocate for international exchange and a longtime friend of UNO. The scholarship covers the difference between resident and non-resident tuition rates and may be renewed through graduation for degree-seeking students.
