The Poler Family Oxford Scholarship is a postgraduate award for candidates ordinarily resident in Africa applying for the Master of Public Policy (MPP). It will support the top student from Africa who has demonstrated a commitment to serving others, to learning, and to contributing to the continent through public service. Candidates will demonstrate significant personal leadership potential and the highest standards of ethics, efficiency, integrity and vision.
