There are 2 stages to the shortlisting process. ?
- We check that you meet the eligibility criteria.
- Your CV, PGT application, and 500-word statement on why you should receive a scholarship will be assessed by a selection panel.
The top 2 applications will get the scholarship. The decision of the scholarship panel is final.

Two scholarships of £5,000 are available to international students studying for a postgraduate master's in one of the following study programs:
- MSc Demography
- MSc Global Health
- MSc Data Analytics for Government
- MSc Applied statistics
- MSc Social Research Methods with Applied Statistics
Eligibility
You are eligible if you:
- receive an offer from Southampton
- are studying on a postgraduate program in one of the eligible study programs
- will pay the Overseas fee
