At Strathclyde, we are keen to support our care-experienced students.
Care-experienced refers to anyone who has been or is currently in care, such as in foster care, residential care, kinship care, or at home under a supervision order and includes adopted children who were previously in care.
We are offering Nairn Care Experienced Postgraduate Scholarship for new postgraduate taught care-experienced students starting at the University of Strathclyde in Academic Year 2026/27.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- be classed as Home/rUK for fee purposes
- hold a firm offer for full-time postgraduate taught study at the University of Strathclyde for 2026/27 entry
- be care-experienced and declared via UCAS, or have been in touch with the Widening Access Team
Complete the online application form by the 13 June 2026 deadline. Applicants will be contacted with the outcome of their application in mid-August 2026.
