Offer Holder Day Travel Reimbursement

What is it?

A financial contribution towards travel costs incurred by applicants. The reimbursement is offered as part of our commitment to ensure that applicants who wish to attend an on campus Offer Holder Events are able to do so, therefore enabling them to make an informed decision on where they wish to study.

Who can apply?

Available to applicants who have applied for a undergraduate full-time course at Sunderland Campus starting in September 2026 and are attending a University of Sunderland Offer Holder Event.

To receive the travel reimbursement:

• Applicants must book a place on an offer holder event
• Applicants must attend their offer holder event
• Applicants must have checked in on the day with a member of the Home Student Recruitment team
• Applicants must live in the UK.

The following groups are not eligible:

• Current University of Sunderland Students
• Applicants who have not attended the Offer Holder Event
• Guests are not eligible to claim travel reimbursement.
