Sussex Turkey Scholarship (Masters)

This scholarship is for applicants who are nationals of Turkey, are classified as 'Overseas' for fee purposes and have been accepted to study an eligible Masters course at Sussex starting in September 2026.

Who is eligible

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

Be a national of Turkey

Be classified as ‘overseas' for fee purposes

Be taking up a place on a full time Masters degree, starting September 2026

Who isn't eligible

You are not eligible for this scholarship if your tuition fees are fully sponsored

You are not eligible for this scholarship if you are going to study any of the following:

Certificates and Diplomas (including PGCE)

Courses at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS)

Early Years Education (with Early Years Teacher status)

MSc Climate Change, Development and Policy

MA Development Studies

MA Food and Development

MA Gender and Development

MA Globalisation, Business and Development

MA Governance, Development and Public Policy

MA Poverty, Policy and Development Practice

MA Power, Participation and Social Change

Degrees in Social work (if receiving an NHS bursary)

Online courses

Schools direct teaching courses

Masters funded by the research councils (e.g. ESRC 1+3 funding)
