Forestry Bursary Fund

The Forestry Bursary Fund is designed to be as flexible as possible in order to maximise its ability to meet the various needs of UHI's forestry students. Eligible students will be:

· Currently undertaking a course at UHI's School of Forestry

· Full Time or Part-Time students

Thanks to the generosity of Crown Estate Scotland, the Forestry Bursary Fund offers UHI's Higher Education and Further Education students in the Scottish School of Forestry an opportunity to apply for an award of £500 to help with their studies.

Examples of the how the bursaries might be used include (but are not limited to):

· Travelling to attend conferences / work placements or field studies

· Purchasing equipment, books or other study materials

· Covering cost of living expenses
