Humanitarian & Sanctuary Scholarship

Asylum seeker, Refugee, Limited or Discretionary Leave to Remain, Other forms of sanctuary (including Calais Leave, Section 67 Leave, UASC leave and Stateless Leave) or students from zones of conflict and humanitarian crises (UNICEF Level 2 and Level 3 Emergencies List).

The University is launching a Humanitarian & Sanctuary Scholarship to offer assistance to students seeking sanctuary in the UK or are affected by conflict or a humanitarian crisis.

The Scholarship offers:

• A full tuition fee waiver for the duration of the course
• A bursary for living costs for each year of the course.

Eligible for other bursaries and scholarships open to home students.

To be eligible to apply for the Scholarship you must have accepted an offer to study an undergraduate or postgraduate degree course at the University of West London starting in September 2026.
