Southeast Asia Merit Scholarship

The Southeast Asia Merit Scholarship is designed for undergraduate students from Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand who are first enrolling for the 2026–27 academic year. Scholarships are awarded at the time of admission and are renewable at $12,000 each academic year. Eligible students who continue to meet certain criteria can receive this scholarship for a total of 8 semesters of full-time undergraduate study.

Eligibility Criteria

• Attended a high school in Southeast Asia.
• Committed to actively engaging in student activities.

Scholarship Details

• Students may receive only one institutional Academic Performance/Merit Scholarship
• Students must be enrolled full-time
• The scholarship is divided evenly between the Fall and Spring Semesters
• Must be an international student on an F1 visa
• Must be charged non-resident tuition surcharge
• Renewable contingent on maintaining a 2.5 GPA and earning a total of 24 credit hours during the Fall and Spring Semesters
• Funds are limited apply for undergraduate admission early
• Can be used for undergraduate tuition only
