Bachelor of Arts in Management and Leadership

The major in management and leadership offers students an in-depth understanding of how to effectively manage and lead people and organizations. Students will learn concepts related to leading individuals such as motivation, building relationships, and diversityinclusion. Students will also gain an understanding of how to manage organizations in regards to making evidence-based decisions, implementing new organizational initiatives, and understanding sustainable business practices. A focus of understanding one's leadership style and dispositions are also examined.Our innovative, hands-on, and personalized program is designed to develop talented graduates who are engaged, well-rounded, problem solvers, and critical and creative thinkers with the management and leadership expertise needed for building and sustaining successful, vibrant, diverse, and inclusive organizations and communities.

Official test scores must be sent electronically to Ball State University Admissions by the testing agency. English proficiency test scores are good for 24 months. Test scores older than 24 months will not be accepted. Ball State University accepts MyBest scores for the TOEFL iBT test, in addition to TOEFL iBT scores from a single test date
