The Workforce management specialisation covers workforce management theories, practices and processes and introduces students to ethically-based workforce management strategies that address employee and organisational performance and wellbeing. You will study contemporary HRM functions, including recruitment, selection and retention practices, skill and career development, and performance management. The specialisation allows you to work closely with people and build their capacity. It will provide you with a sound understanding of HRM professional knowledge while developing and broadening your collaborative and employability skills.
