High School (Grade 9 to 12)

High school at the Ottawa Catholic School Board is all about preparing your child to thrive as their future self. Our programs allow your child to explore their talents and interests in high school so that they can test-drive a career before graduation. High school is a time for students to explore their options. We offer a variety of course types to give your child the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in their post-secondary destination.

To graduate from high school in Ontario, your child needs to: Complete 30 or more high school course credits. Complete two asynchronous e-Learning courses before the end of grade 12. Pass the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT). Complete 40 hours of volunteer community involvement.
