Master of Science in Real Estate

The MS in Real Estate (MSRE) at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School is a 12-month Full-Time competitive program located at our beautiful Malibu campus which serves as a gateway to some of the most renowned commercial and residential real estate developments in Southern California. Our rigorous curriculum prepares you for the competitive world of real estate by developing a fundamental understanding of real estate finance, development, and asset management and trains you to solve complex issues facing today's most notable real estate organizations.

12 Month Program

To be considered eligible for admission to the Full-Time MS program, an applicant must have an undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited four-year college/university or foreign institution. International academic institutions must be accredited by the ministry of education or accrediting bodies from their respective countries.

Applicants must submit one of the following to fulfill the English proficiency requirement:

Test scores taken within the past two years from one of the following providers: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or Pearson Test of English (PTE).
