Master of Teaching in Primary

You will learn about the policy frameworks that shape teaching in NSW, Australia and internationally, you'll attend lectures and complete assignments about issues in teaching, learning and curriculum in all school years from Kindergarten to the Higher School Certificate.For those who have an undergraduate degree and want to become a primary school teacher qualified to teach all areas of the primary curriculum, including Aboriginal education, teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL), digital learning technologies and special and inclusive education.The Master of Teaching (Primary) is a postgraduate coursework degree that will provide a good understanding of the policy frameworks that shape teaching in Australia and internationally, and issues in teaching, learning and curriculum management.You will complete core units in education and curriculum in addition to professional units of study. You will also complete practicum placements and a final capstone project comprising an internship in a primary education setting.
