Pre-Dental Hygiene

Dental hygienists are licensed oral health professionals whose main focus is on health promotion and disease prevention, with a scope of practice which includes preventive, educational, and therapeutic services. They work in dental offices, hospitals, clinics, government health departments, schools, and in industry. The University of Winnipeg is an excellent place to fulfill the entrance requirements for Dental Hygiene at the University of Manitoba or other dental hygiene programs.

You are a current high school student studying at a school in another Canadian province, and expect to graduate from grade 12 (or equivalent).
