Master of Science in Financial and Enterprise Risk Management

UConn's Master's in Financial and Enterprise Risk Management is a 36-credit program offered full-time or part-time. The MS degree is held in-person in Stamford, Connecticut, and offers a mix of financial risk management and enterprise risk management courses. Students develop the skills needed to succeed in roles such as risk analysis, enterprise risk management, commercial banking, investment banking, and more. The UConn Financial and Enterprise Risk Management master's degree prepares students to develop and direct investment strategies and manage the financial risk of firms, institutions, and private clients. Graduates are prepared to pursue careers in finance or risk management, or a Ph.D. in areas such as finance, mathematics, or economics. Students who add on the optional concentration in Quantitative Methods in Risk Management (QRM) gain deeper training in programming and financial modeling with computer and software applications. The Master's degree is available full-time, part-time, or via an accelerated undergraduate-to-graduate path.
