Management BS - Management and Leadership

Leadership isn’t just about one person's actions, it’s about collaborating, motivating, and bringing people together. In UMass Boston’s Management and Leadership BS program, you’ll become a thoughtful leader and change maker. Through projects, team-based learning, and industry experiences, you’ll develop essential skills for career success, including communication, adaptability, conflict management, and strategic thinking. Beyond the workplace, you’ll explore how management and leadership connect to larger societal issues and how organizations can be forces for positive change.
