The major addresses critical areas of human development, international employment, work psychology and sociology, industrial relations, workplace change and talent management while building capabilities in negotiation, strategic-thinking and the application of professional skills in real-world settings. You will be required to use innovative technologies to address practical problems while considering the social impact of your professional decision-making. Successful completion of Year 12 with an ATAR of 60, successful completion of a recognised foundation studies program, 1 year of university studies or completion of a qualification equivalent to an Australian AQF Certificate IV.
