South Australia Skilled Occupation List (SOL) 2024-25

The 2024-2025 state-nominated skilled migration program for South Australia is now open. ROIs will be reviewed throughout the year, with successful applicants invited to apply for state nomination through the Skilled Employment, Outer Regional Skilled Employment, or South Australian Graduates streams.

• Skilled Employment in South Australia Stream – For applicants who have demonstrated a commitment to South Australia and possess work experience in their skilled occupation within the state.

• South Australian Graduates Stream – Designed to retain graduates who have studied and are working in South Australia in their skilled occupation.

• Outer Regional Skilled Employment Stream – Aimed at addressing skills shortages in outer regional areas of South Australia, this stream is for applicants working in their nominated or closely related occupation in these regions.

Here are some of the key highlights:

• Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190) – there are 3,000 places, with the Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491) having 800 places

• Eligible onshore applicants who meet the requirements can now submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for one of the 464 available occupations in the onshore streams.
