To be eligible for this award, you must be:
domiciled in Nigeria or Ghana at the time of application. If you are applying from another country in this region, please refer to our Sub-Saharan Africa Scholarship.
self-funding your course
meet the entry criteria for a bachelors or taught masters course in September 2025 and January 2026.
For anyone applying to start a taught Masters course at Edinburgh Napier University in June 2025.
If you have discounted tuition fees from a partner university or are in receipt of another scholarship, you are not eligible for this scholarship. MRes programmes are not eligible for this award.
Scholarships are awarded automatically once you have paid your £6000 deposit payment towards your tuition fees. The number of scholarships is limited and they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
