To be considered, you must:
- Be classified as an out-of-state or international student (not a Virginia resident)
- Apply to a VCU degree-seeking program as a first-year student for a fall term
- Meet the minimum high school GPA
Minimum High School GPA Annual Scholarship
3.00 - USD $10,000
3.25 - USD $11,000
3.50 - USD $12,000
3.75 - USD $14,000
4.00 - USD $15,000
No separate out-of-state scholarship application is required. Simply apply for fall admission as a first-year student to automatically be considered for the above out-of-state scholarships.
