Presidential Scholarship
The four-year Presidential Scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees up to $16,000 per year (maximum amount of $8,000 per semester), as well as room and board. Room allowance is equal to the cost of a room in the Honors College residence hall board is equivalent to the 250 Block plus $225 Dining Dollars meal plan.
The estimated total value of this four-year award is approximately $114,356.
National Merit Scholarship Program
Finalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program who apply to VCU by Nov. 1 and notify the National Merit Scholarship Corp. by May 31 that VCU is their first choice are eligible for a VCU Presidential Scholarship. Provost Scholarship
The four-year Provost Scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees up to $16,000 per year (maximum amount of $8,000 per semester) for an estimated total value of $64,000.
Deans' Scholarship
The four-year Deans' Scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees up to $8,000 per year (maximum amount of $4,000 per semester). The estimated total value of this four-year award is approximately $32,000.
