Students must:
A master\u2019s degree awarded by an accredited college or university.
A record of prior successful educational achievement and future potential for graduate study at the educational specialist level as evidenced by transcripts and professional experience.
A stated career goal of providing leadership in the field of career and technical education
A demonstrated record of past employment experiences related to the individual\u2019s career goal.
Clear evidence of potential for the development of superior communication skills in the areas of listening, writing, and speaking.
