Through IDP’s Virtual Office, you may now connect with our friendly Education Counselors without leaving your home.

We know that these are unprecedented times, but like your dreams, our services will not stop despite this pandemic. To ensure yours and our team’s safety, we are introducing the IDP Virtual Office, a platform that will allow you to speak with our experts virtually and advance your study abroad dreams. We are bringing our office to you, where you can access our virtual services from anywhere in the Philippines.

You can also enquire about IELTS through our Virtual Office and a dedicated IELTS staff will be on hand to assist you.

How it works

To avail IDP Virtual Office’s services, you may do any of the following:

Step 1. Fill out the enquiry form on this page to get started.

Step 2. Receive a call from IDP.

Step 3. Schedule an appointment with our telecaller and receive the Zoom link via email.

Step 4. Download Zoom on your mobile, laptop, or tablet device.

Step 4. Connect to Zoom on your scheduled appointment date and time.

The IDP Philippines Virtual Office is currently open from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays and 10:00 am – 3:00 pm on Saturdays. You can connect via Zoom during these hours and our host will move you to a waiting room before you’re assigned to an Education Counselor.

If a Counselor is available, you will be connected to them right away.
