Our AACSB-accredited College of Business has structured a curriculum that allows HR professionals to advance in their careers while working full- or part-time. You will learn under faculty who are leaders in the field, specializing in areas such as globalization, organizational psychology, and work-family issues.

Applicants must:

• have earned (or will have earned by the term they wish to enroll) a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university, and
• have been in good standing at the last institution attended, and
• have satisfied collegial and/or major criteria, if applicable, for graduate study in a specific major.

GPA Requirements - Applicants shall meet one of the following:

A cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.
A cumulative G.P.A. of 2.75 and a G.P.A. of 3.0 in the last 60 hours of course work from a regionally accredited college or university.
A cumulative G.P.A. of 2.75 from a regionally accredited college or university and at least 5 years HR experience in a complex organization.

International Students must meet the university language requirement for admission to the university. Applicants must take either Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or Pearson Test of English (PTE).

• For the IELTS, applicants must meet the minimum acceptable score of 6.0 academic version.
