1. Scope of application

The program is only for students who apply to study in the UK through IDP Vietnam.

Applies to both admission essays and scholarship essays

The program does NOT apply to Chevening scholarship essays.

2. Requirements for students

The essay must be written by the student himself/herself, not copied, and not infringing copyright.

It is not required to submit a CV, but it is recommended to help experts better understand your achievements and personal profile.

Submission format: Word file (.doc/.docx), maximum size 10MB.

DO NOT send a Google Drive link to avoid file download errors.

3. Submission deadline

Students must resubmit their essays at 5:00 p.m. every Friday. IDP will return the assessment results on Friday of the following week.

In case of a close scholarship deadline, students need to notify IDP in advance to be given priority.

Late essays will not be graded.

Good quality essays from the start may be accepted without further editing.

4. Security & Ownership

IDP is committed to keeping all content and personal information confidential.

Ownership of content belongs to students; IDP only uses edited articles for internal purposes after receiving student consent.

5. Disclaimer

IDP does not guarantee that students will receive an offer letter or scholarship.

IDP is not responsible for technical problems (email, software, etc.) that lead to not receiving the essay on time.

6. Change & Suspension Policy

IDP reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time and apply immediately upon publication.

IDP reserves the right to suspend/terminate support if students violate copyright, cheat or submit incomplete papers.

7. Legal Responsibility & Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law.

All disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the parties may request the competent court in Vietnam to intervene.
