Here’s a checklist of the basic documents you’ll need to apply, so you can save time and avoid unnecessary delays:

1. Transcript and Degree Certificate
   If you are still studying, provide your most recent academic transcript and a certificate confirming your student status.

2. Academic and Work Reference Letters

   • For recent graduates with no work experience (excluding internships),

   • provide two academic reference letters from two professors.

   • For applicants with work experience, submit one academic reference letter

     from a professor and one work reference letter

     from a current or previous employer.

   • A personal statement introducing yourself to the university. For tips on writing a strong SOP, contact the IDP team for expert guidance.

4. CV or Resume

   • A document summarizing your educational background, work experience, and skills.

5. IELTS Academic or UKVI IELTS

   • An English proficiency test result valid for up to 2 years from the test date.

6. Copy of Valid Passport

   • Ensure your passport is valid and covers the entire duration of your study period.

7. Previous UK Visa

   • If applicable: Provide details of any previous UK visas if you have studied in the UK before.

   • For PhD applicants: Submit a detailed research proposal outlining your intended study topic.
